Hi everyone,
I’ve just cleaned the bathroom, so please make sure to keep it tidy and maintain it as it is now.
The bench and table have also been cleaned for the tenant, as well as the oven and microwave. If you’d like your own, I’m happy to buy one for you, but please don’t use these anymore.
A quick reminder: the tool for closing the water can rust, so it needs to be placed on top of the hanger where the brooms and other cleaning tools are stored. Please ensure you return it to the same spot after cleaning.
Regarding the kitchen:
- The kitchen is for eating during the daytime, from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. As long as it’s quiet, you’re welcome to sit there while eating.
- Please move your things away once you’re done.
- Be aware that Julia might be studying and needs a quiet area—if there’s not much noise, she can still focus.
For cooking and socializing:
- Decide among yourselves who is in charge of cooking at any given time to keep things organized.
- Please socialize outside the kitchen area to maintain a peaceful environment.
At the pool:
- Sitting at the pool edge with food bowls is not an issue as long as nothing falls into the pool.
Socialization Area Suggestions:
- If you have any ideas on where to set up a socialization area nicely, please let me know—I’d love to hear your suggestions!
- During the dry season, the area next to the donkeys (which has power) is a great spot for socializing.
- We plan to grow vegetables and fruit (non-poisonous) in this area. If you have any suggestions for what to plant or how to arrange it, your input is welcome and appreciated!
For leisure:
- The cool room next to the house can be used for playing cards or other activities, but only if Ken invites you.
