Pool Guidelines – Berry Springs Farmstay
Welcome to our pool area!
To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow the guidelines below.
Pool Hours
Please check with the owner and send a short SMS before entering the private pool area. Please respect the owners privacy to allow for a quiet environment.
Pool Maintenance
Before entering, hose off any dirt from the pool edges (direct the water toward the lawn).
Top up the water if it’s below the middle of the skimmer box.
Report any algae or contamination to the caretaker immediately.
Supervision
Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Parents and supervisors are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of children at all times.
No Diving or Running
The pool is shallow and not suitable for diving.
Please do not dive, jump, or run around the pool area — wet surfaces can be slippery and cause injuries.
Shower Before Entering
Please shower before swimming to remove sunscreen, lotion, and oils that can affect water quality.
Proper Swimwear
Only swimwear is permitted in the pool.
Street clothing (such as jeans or t-shirts) is not suitable for swimming.
Food, Drinks & Glass
No food or drinks in the pool.
Enjoy refreshments only in designated areas outside the pool enclosure.
Glass bottles and containers are strictly prohibited for safety reasons — please use plastic or unbreakable options.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the pool area to maintain hygiene and water safety.
⚠️ No Lifeguard on Duty
There is no lifeguard on duty.
Swim at your own risk.
In case of emergency, immediately contact the property manager or call 000 for emergency services.
Pool Closure
The pool may be temporarily closed for cleaning or maintenance.
