Alcohol, Drug & Cleanliness Policy
To keep our farm a safe, respectful, and healthy place, we have clear rules about alcohol, drugs, and cleanliness.
These guidelines help protect everyone here — people, animals, and the property.
Alcohol
Drinking alcohol is not permitted in or around the pool area.
✨ Please remove and take away any cans, bottles, or alcohol containers immediately after use.
Do not store or leave bottles or cans anywhere on the verandah, outdoor kitchen, or in rooms — they attract insects and create smells.
Please bring your rubbish to the Berry Springs dump, as we do not keep bins on the property due to the presence of animals.
Drugs
❌ The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited at all times.
Anyone found under the influence of drugs, or suspected of drug use, will be required to leave the property immediately.
Prescription Medication
✅ Individuals who take prescription medication may bring and use it as prescribed by their doctor.
⚠️ Please ensure that medication does not impair your ability to handle animals or complete daily tasks safely.
Cleanliness & Rubbish
️ All rubbish, especially alcohol-related waste (bottles, cans, packaging), must be removed from the property promptly.
Rubbish should never be stored inside rooms or sleeping areas, as it attracts insects and causes unpleasant smells.
Everyone is responsible for taking their waste to the Berry Springs dump and keeping all areas clean, tidy, and hygienic.
⚖️ Consequences
Any breach of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property.
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of everyone — people and animals alike — and any behaviour that compromises this will not be tolerated.
